Lilian Chung

National Director

Lilian has more than 25 years’ experience in the Information and Communication Technology industry. She spent 17 years in various senior roles in HP and was the Asia Pacific Head of Marketing, Office Printing Systems before joining World Vision. She has also worked for EMC International as their Asia Pacific Senior Director of Partner Marketing, and with Motorola Mobility Device as their Senior Regional Marketing Director for the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. Married with three children, Lilian worships at St John’s St Margaret’s Church.

Du Ming-Han (Hank Du)

WVI President's Representative

As WVI President’s Representative, Hank has many years of experience under his belt. Before his involvement in World Vision, Hank was an expert in the IT industry. He started out as a software engineer in Mitac Inc. in 1982, and quickly rose through the ranks until he was appointed as Vice General Manager of the Marketing Department in Microsoft, Taiwan, in 1995. In 2001, Hank left his stable job as he felt called to minister in the Chinese Christian Evangelistic Association, eventually volunteering two years of his time there.

Lau Peet Meng

Chairman

Peet Meng is a senior public servant who has served in the Singapore Police Force, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he served as Singapore’s First Secretary to the United Nations in New York. He is a graduate of Yale University, and earned post-graduate degrees at the University of Cambridge and Stanford University. He is also a recent alumni of Harvard Business School. Peet Meng is married to an editor/writer, and they are blessed with three young children. He serves as an elder at Adam Road Presbyterian Church.

Michelle Cheo

Deputy Chairman

Michelle is the Chief Executive Officer of Mewah International Inc. She joined its Group in 2003 in the trading department and has been its Executive Director since 2010. Prior to that, Michelle worked with Exxon Mobil in Louisiana, United States of America, and Jurong Island, Singapore. Married with 3 children, she worships at Barker Road Methodist Church.

Soon Sze Meng

Sze Meng is the President, South East Asia at JD.com. Previously he was the Vice President, Business in the International Group of Singtel and also worked in PayPal as the General Manager, Hong Kong, Korea and Taiwan for PayPal. He joined PayPal from Visa where he was the VP, Head of Marketing Strategy, Planning and Insights for the Asia-Pacific region and VP, Head of Marketing for China. Before Visa, he worked with McKinsey & Co. in Chicago, US, and Monitor Group in Singapore as a management consultant.

Jacqueline Tan

Member

Jacqueline is the Assistant Chief Executive of Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) and oversees the Island Investment, Infrastructure and Island Operations Divisions (III) as well as Sentosa Cove Resort Management. She was most recently the Chief Operating Officer of the Economic Development Innovations Singapore (EDIS), a private consultancy with a focus on strategic advisory consulting services and township real estate development, with projects in Penang and Brazil.

Nicholas Khoo

Nicholas is the CFO of WASD Pte Ltd and was formerly a Director covering Asia Pacific and Japan at Visa for risk management in digital payments. Nicholas is currently a board member of the Trinity Annual Conference’s Board of W&E and holds positions in government and professional organisations, including the School Advisory Committees for Yang Zheng Primary School and Republic Polytechnic School of Sports, Health, and Leisure.

Kevan Goh

Kevan is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has extensive experience in assurance and advisory roles, working with a wide range of clients across various industry sectors. In addition to audit and compliance, Kevan was also involved in projects such as initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and data & analytics.?

Sharon Lim

Sharon Lim

Sharon is an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore. She holds an MA from the University of Cambridge and an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley. Sharon has had more than 15 years experience as a district judge of the State and Family Courts, assistant registrar of the Supreme Court and State Counsel in the Attorney-General’s Chambers. Since stopping work in 2015 to spend time with her family, Sharon continues to volunteer her legal services as an adjudicator at the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC).

Liew Heng San

Honorary Advisor

Heng San headed Singapore’s Central Provident Fund as CEO before retiring in Jan 2011. He is currently on the Boards of the Singapore Bible College and AIA Singapore, and serves as Advisor to?TJ Novo. He worships at Telok Ayer Chinese Methodist Church.

Andrew Goh

Honorary Advisor

Dr Andrew Goh is editor of IMPACT magazine. Among other voluntary involvement, he served on the Singapore Advisory Council of World Vision International and the Board of Halogen Young Leaders Foundation. He is a founding elder of Riverlife Church and earned his PhD from the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2000.
