You agree to access the website in only conventional ways (e.g. normal web browser, cell phone) and not in a way that will cause harm to Chapteread Website and / or its servers (e.g. denial of service attack).

F. You agree that restricted areas on the site are for registered users use only and not to be shared. Staff members are the only users permitted to interfere with the proper working of the site.

G. Public search engines are exclusively allowed to have the use of tools such as indexers and web crawlers to share non-copyrighted, public material to be used for public searches. The content may not be cached or saved by automated tools. Chapteread may annul these exceptions in any situation, which it deems suitable.

By submitting User Submissions to Chapteread, you hereby grant Chapteread a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Submissions in connection with the Chapteread Website and Chapteread's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Chapteread Website (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also agree that you grant each user of Chapteread Website the permission and authorization to read your work when posted. Chapteread is not responsible for the safety of your work. In any case we will assist in what ways we are capable of to help keep your work safe. The above licenses granted by you in user comments are perpetual and irrevocable.

D. F. "User Content", any opinion, comments, recommendation, or advice is not and will not be endorsed by Chapteread. Chapteread also disclaims any and all liability in connection with "User Content". Copyright infringement is not permitted on Chapteread. This includes copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its Website. Chapteread holds the right to and will remove all Content and "User Content" if notified that such Content or "User Content" violates another's intellectual property rights. Without prior notice Chapteread reserves the right to remove any and all Content and "User Content."

If circumstances arise in which Chapteread feels that a User has violated its terms, conditions, or Agreements Chapteread will terminate the User's access to its Website. You agree to hold Chapteread innocent, its affiliates, agents, employees, owners and officers from any claim or demand and that they are not responsible for any attorneys' fees.

You acknowledge and understand that Chapteread, its owners, employees, directors, officers, or agents are not and should not be held liable to you for any incidental, special, direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages including and not limited to inaccuracies, errors, mistakes, typos, personal injury, property damage, or any damage whatsoever, resulting from your use, interaction, access of Chapteread Website, any unauthorized access to or use of our servers, any and all financial and / or personal information stored, transmission that cease and / or interrupts to or from Chapteread Website, any viruses, bugs, Trojan horses, or anything of the nature which may be passes / transmitted to or through the Chapteread Website by any third party, and / or any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any type incurred through the result of your use of any content made available through Chapteread Website, whether based on warranty, tort, contract, or any type of legal theory, and whether the company is advised of the possibility of such damages. Continuing your use of the Chapteread Website signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. You and Chapteread agrees that you have one year to take action against any cause arising out of or related to the Chapteread Website, otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred.
